FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
Is this AI-generated?
No. We use AI-assisted editing to correct light, colour and perspective. We don't generate rooms, furniture, views or anything that wasn't in your photo, and a person checks every image against your original.
Do I need new photos?
No. Send the photos you already have. If a room is missing, we'll tell you.
What changes, and what never changes?
We change light, colour balance, white balance, perspective, camera height and landscape framing. We never add, remove or move objects, never change views, and never hide defects.
Is the walkthrough video extra?
No. Every paid package includes a walkthrough video of the property, made from the same enhanced photos.
Who owns the photos and videos?
You do. Once delivered, you can use them on any platform, for as long as you want.
What if a photo doesn't match the room?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we redo it free.
How fast is delivery?
Usually within 48 hours of receiving your original photos. The clock starts when your files arrive, not at payment.
How does payment work?
You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never see or store card details.
What do you need from me?
Your listing link and your original phone photos at full resolution. One or two shots per room is enough.
